Second exit, as CEO, was a very successful SaaS technology business, focusing on e-commerce. Started post corporate career by successfully building an online business and selling/merging it after operating it for 10 years. Retained by P/E firm to be CEO/President of the combined company, successfully merging the two companies. Moved on to ecommerce technology as a COO of a SaaS Search technology company in the enterprise space and then on to CEO of a SaaS Search technology leader in the SMB space. While at Searchspring, we successfully merged three different companies into one while maintaining a strong culture across the company, with employee retention in the 90% range and customer NPS in the 60s while holding Net Retention Revenue around 105%. We saw record MRR and sales for 42 consecutive months. Grew the company 4x leading to a successful exit in Sept 2022. This exit is the highest exit to date (8.2x invested capital) for the P/E fund.
