In 12 months, I  improved the overall health and metrics of the email marketing strategy at Infinity. From 2017 to 2018, I increased the average open rate by 38%, increased click-rate by 49% and reduced bounce rate by 87%. As a result, email marketing influenced 162 deals in the same period.

Project managing reporting in HubSpot, including implementing a lead scoring system, creating custom fields and mapping them with Salesforce, creating workflows to change contact properties and notifying sales staff of activity, etc.

I tripled social media following in all social media accounts in less than a year (Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, LinkedIn), increased engagement and readership of the company’s blog with an average of 24 documents published per month (12 in English and 12 in Spanish).
