- Leading a brand redesign (including visual refresh, brand story, brand positioning, messaging, and voice) scheduled to launch in 2016
- Leading development of new product lines (concept to execution), as well as improvements to existing products
- Determining fragrances to launch based on trends and consumer interest
- Managing and implementing merchandising initiatives 
- Analyzing product performance to determine seasonality and pricing structures for all merchandising assortment activities

- Leading Influencer Marketing initiatives with various services, and bloggers to provide the company with relevant and quality content/product photography to us across website, email, social, etc.
- Identifying sales, merchandising and operational opportunities for various channels
- Managing the brand aesthetic and consistency internally and externally
- Assisting in the management of customer service teams
- Building deep relationships with suppliers across a broad spectrum of manufacturers (domestic and international), as well as coordinating new product development and pricing negotiations. 
- Continually researching new tools and systems to audit our process, be more productive, and creating the best methods for updating and managing content across various platforms
