- Successfully established Individual Contractor Agreement (ICA) Pre-clearance Services, a new centralized HR transactional service within the corporation.
- Served as a Project Manager for the design and implementation of the JIRA Portal.
- Applied statistics and visualization to present the team's workload and successfully secured additional resources.
- Identified bottlenecks in Provident Fund Services and worked closely with IT Group to resolve the issues.


Description of duties:
1. Provides leadership to the ICA Administration Team for 15,000 personnel in 187 countries:
- Guide and supervise HR Admin team (17 members)
- Supervises the coordination between UNOPS and the Provident Fund Provider

2. Support development of HR practices and policy development 
- Contribute to practice improvement, policy development, and related corporate HR initiatives to full compliance of HR activities with UN/UNOPS rules and regulations, procedures and strategies
- Undertake research on a range of HR-related issues
- Assist with projects in support of HR initiatives for attainment of business objectives in line with the corporate HR strategy.  
- Support the communication of HR policy changes and new HR initiatives to management, providing guidance as needed.

HR Senior Officer, Bangkok Shared Service Center (BSSC)

Major achievements:
- Used Google Looker Studio to monitor the team's performance in real-time.
- Coded in Google Apps Script to automate routine tasks and ensure compliance with the department's targets.
- Implemented new data validations to resolve persistent payroll issues.
- Contributed to the standard operating procedure (SOP) editing team to update the ICA Administration procedure in preparation for the United Nations Board of Auditors (UNBOA).
- Conducted various training sessions for colleagues, covering topics such as ICA Administration, G-Mail, Google Sheets, mail merge, and batch rename tool.
- Played a crucial role in the testing of the new supplier module, part of the Treasury Management System (TMS) project in 2020. Collaborating with my team, we tested more than 400 scenarios, identified and reported over 30 errors, ensuring a smooth transition for UNOPS to the new module.
- Streamlined internal tracking processes between teams, enabling the collection of data for future internal analysis.
- Conducted regular internal team meetings to ensure everyone was on the same page.
- Certified as a Competency-based Interview (CBI) panellist.

HR Assistant - Technical Focal Point, Bangkok Shared Service Center (BSSC)

Major achievements:
- Created a Certification of Payment (COP) tracking sheet using Google Sheets and inserted formulas to extract resource ID and position from contract numbers. I also developed filename formats for renaming processed COPs. Consequently, our team spent less time on redundant tasks, leading to significantly higher productivity.
- Accurately transited banking information data for 120 Myanmar personnel in 2019. Prior to May 2019, Myanmar personnel were paid by cheque. When the new Myanmar banking standard was implemented, I meticulously reviewed every personnel banking profile to ensure correct registration of information. This effort resulted in a seamless transition, ensuring all personnel were paid accurately and on time.
