I am a qualified Executive coach, Business coach, and mentor, and a highly focused and driven greenfield technology specialist. I have over 25 years’ experience of using my coaching, mentoring, and technical skills in architecting, designing, developing and managing state of the art, scalable and reliable solutions for blue chip companies, NGOs, SMEs, start-ups, and growth brands in and around Europe. During my career I have specialised in delivering technically challenging, complex projects, using my coaching-based leadership style and typically employing Microsoft and JavaScript based ‘bleeding edge’ technologies and approaches. I have over 14 years of Cloud experience, 22 years of .NET and 19 years' experience in implementing best practice, yet pragmatic Agile based methodologies and supporting SDLC tools and automation. In addition to a wealth of experience at all levels of custom software, infrastructure and data architecture and engineering, I also have extensive experience in leading departments and teams and working with partners, directors and owners of major corporations, companies and brands. This experience has been gained whilst working in a range of company sectors and roles.
