• collaborating with Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs, as well as create job profiles, scorecards and job ads;
• sourcing candidates on different platforms (Linkedin, Join, Moberries, Indeed etc.);
• interviewing candidates throughout the process (phone, technical, cultural interviews);
• making reference calls, offer negotiation.

Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager

• leading a team of 3 people;
• mentoring;
• filing the reports;
• full-cycle recruiting.

Recruitment Lead

• maintaining the existing database of candidates;
• sourcing potential candidates on different platforms;
• resume screening;
• performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities (including checking the English command);
• interviewing candidates combining various methods (non-technical interview, technical assessment);
• coordination with hiring managers to forecast future needs;
• composing job offer letters;
• keeping up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

It’s been a bit more than a week since our team retreat in beautiful Tuscany.

And I’m still processing how special it was.
40+ people, usually scattered across Europe, all in one place.

There were so many moments of genuine connection (without all the corporate BS). 

It reminded me what we’re actually building at Perspective.

Not just an incredible product (and trust me, our 2026 plans are bold).
But a company built on ownership, freedom, and care.
