I have completed my Master’s in Psychology, with specialized papers in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and Organizational Development. During my Master’s I got to work as a HR BP and HR Recruiter intern. Currently I am working as a HR Associate - Talent Acquisition, with Futurense Technologies, a Talent Tech IT Company, since November, 2022. My work interests lie in the field of Organizational Behavior and HRM, that includes Organizational Development, Organizational Culture, Organizational Change Management, Training and Development, and Learning and Development. Apart from these, I am also open to work in other domains of the dynamic field of Organizational Behavior and HRM. Hence, I am constantly in look out for work opportunities that helps me to expand my learning and knowledge, and opportunities where I can put my knowledge of Psychology to use, thus contributing to the development of new, innovative, and holistic work practices and culture in Organizations at present and in the future. I have experience in scale development project during my second semester of Master's, where I, along with 11 of my classmates, have developed a scale on Courage, that seeks to assess courage in the general population through 3 dimensions - Physiological, Psychological and Moral. I believe this can be of help in many ways to organizations when I work with them. I have good communication skills, and can work well individually as well as in teams. I am constantly working towards improving myself in an all-round manner and can give the assurance that I will put my best at work and fulfill all work requirements given by the organization that I am working with.
