My Job profile included extracting, formatting, delivering accurate, complete relevant results from multiple databases. This was to meet a wide variety of
data requests for UK and US-based
Customers. It also included following the research process for a broad range of
research products, using analytical abilities and judgment to select the most relevant
research content for delivery to customers.
 Database, Primary Research, Secondary Research, Contact Profiling.
 Assuring Quality of Data as per client request.
 Research mainly on C/V/D levels in 500 Fortune Companies.
 Collecting Information on primary and secondary research through reliable
resources.
 To search a given data in excel sheet from Google &amp; other search engines.
 Improvement on Data Quality.
 Managing time and resources to consistently meet deadlines.
 Managing data, Acquiring Data, Quality Checking for the given data, and
delivering to the client.
 Quality Data Collection and Analysis.
 Regular process Quality checks.
 Responsible for managing and delivery of all research projects.

Lead Research Analyst

•	Deal directly with customers either Chat or Email.
•	Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
•	Handle and resolve customer complaints
•	Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
•	Assure that customer service quality standards to meet customer needs to maintain customer loyalty.
•	Capture and report customer feedback using the self-services.
•	Capacity to work both as an individual and as a team.
•	Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
•	Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
•	Excellent organizing and time management ability.
•	Maintenance of quality parameters.

•	To maximize sales through effective sales floor management.

•	Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
•	Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
