Opportunity to lead inception of new department at Safari. The core function of Sales Enablement was to provide scalable solutions to increase sales efficiency. 
 
- Led a team of 5 to empower our direct sales organization of 40 reps and 5 sales managers.
- Installed scalable solutions to increase revenue and efficiency in Salesforce CRM throughout entire sales cycle.
- Coached new or junior reps on how to handle obstacles or increase success using a consultative selling approach.

- Managed $100k in budget to launch new tools to expand our sales stack for each stage of the cycle.

Marketing Manager

This position is accountable for managing the development, strategy, execution, measurement and ongoing expansion of lead generation programs for both our Consumer and Enterprise markets. 

- Plan, execute, and report on global campaigns through online advertising/messaging, website optimization, email marketing, and print advertising.
- Coordinate input from multiple sources while being a cross-functional presence to bridge any gaps between groups, such as Marketing, Sales, Design, QA, and Product. 
- Product manage e-commerce vertical, including constant A/B testing and UX/design involvement. This has led to an improved monthly average % of revenue goal - from 66% to 108% in first five months with continued growth.
- Implement all coding and tracking mechanisms with programs such as Omniture and Salesforce to measure the response, engagement, and ROI of lead generation programs.
- Owned the external relationships with most advertising networks and channels used in Marketing campaigns.
- Have achieved 100% of yearly goals for lead quality and lead quantity, established by Marketing VP since 2010 hire.
- Managed and delegated competitive analysis, audience research, and CRM hygiene tasks to three seasonal interns.
