Responsible for Grammarly's AI features (2023-24). Owned the student business (2021-23) and was interim Privacy PMM and Education PMM lead. Some things I'm proud of:
• Built a new acquisition funnel that generates $xM annually. Drove success for multiple teams.
• Led 20-person teams and exceeded 2/3 integrated brand campaign goals. Coached ICs on messaging.
• Repositioned Grammarly's free and paid plans for students and institutions since market shifts from genAI.
• Co-owned product strategy and secured funding for several features with clarifying insights and opp size. 
• Launched features that had users tweeting their joy in ALL CAPS.

• Led our COVID response strategy for customers no longer needing seats purchased.
• Improved user activation rates by +8% with R&D & Customer Success over 6 months.
• Launched a diverse Customer Advisory Board and achieved an NPS of 100 on launch day.
• Owned NPS and CSAT and gave the business a holistic understanding of our position.

Founding member to define a new role. Hired and built two teams from the ground up and managed 2 ICs. 
• Ran beta for a new product, generated insights for the Product team and customer stories for launch.
• Built post-sales playbooks and hired and trained teams for two new product categories.

• The new products team was later absorbed from the sales org into the PMM org.
