•	Managing Cloud Software Group Order Management Teams
•	Managing the Global (AMER, EMEA & APAC) Order Management volumes. Driving 95+% of Global Sales Bookings, Audits, SOX Compliance activities, UATs, IT Project team support, Credit & Debits and Global Training.

Director of Operations - Order Management

Pradeep is responsible for leading the APJ Order & Demand Management teams in Citrix Supply Chain Management. The APJ SCM teams he manages are based in Bangalore, Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney Citrix offices. 
The APJ SCM teams manage the Citrix APJ License, Services and Hard Ware deals right from the planning, quoting to booking and fulfillment stages. 

•	Managing Citrix SCM Demand Management teams in Bangalore, Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney
•	Managing the APJ Sales Opportunities & Large Deals right through to License & Hardware Shipment and invoicing.

•	Through QBRs and Trainings the EDI deals being placed through the Citrix SCM systems has grown significantly Q on Q
•	Bangalore WW Shared Services team running on high Utilization levels surpassing Quarterly goals
•	Managing a number of SOX controls: Working closely with Internal and External Audit to ensure every process is working effectively, efficiently and securely
•	Managing Channels, Sales and Distributors expectations and satisfaction levels
•	Running Quarterly Business Reviews with Distributors, Sales and SCM Leadership 
•	Running an efficient R&R program for the APJ teams for high performers and PIPs monitored for low performers
•	Low attrition rate being maintained year on year across all APJ SCM teams
