The project was operated and maintained jointly by the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) & Kandy Municipal Council (KMC) with financial assistance from Sri Lankan Government and the Japanese International Corporation Agency (JICA).

Task Completed 
Create demand among the target population for the modern sanitary services offered by the project. Designed and implemented Public Relations Activity and social media marketing activities, Conducted training seminars and workshops for persons who were the stakeholders in the project.
