Development Manager

Manage donor records and donor database
Maintain and record donations from a variety of sources.
Acknowledge donor contributions in a timely manner, follow-up communication to collect pledges, matching donations, obtain credit card information and ensure donor information is accurate and up to date
Monthly accounting reconciliation for Accounting department.
Provide regular data reporting to fundraising team 
Conduct database queries and exports to extract data and create lists and reports as requested by Development or fundraising staff.
Preparation and execution of Year end tax receipts and online donation forms
