Utilized significant metric analytics for all clinical programs and managed the requirements for tracking and reporting under the Sunshine Act. Provided project management expertise in developing and launching a fully internationalized CME portal. Provided considerable administrative support including page builds and edits, organizing and maintaining Clinical Study Master Files, PO requests and vendor set up, and maintained the department’s SharePoint site and EndNote Library. Additionally, I provided invoicing and budgetary management which included forecasting and other complex reporting.

Clinical Marketing Specialist & Continuing Education Coordinator

Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center

Responsible for keeping students and residents (120 students annually) in compliance with regulations while maintaining facilities’ policies and procedures. Performed monthly orientation, including documentation of policy review for 3rd and 4th year medical students each month. Maintained, organized, developed and distributed the syllabus, assigned readings and schedules for students and residents who were on rotation at participating sites, including IMMC, Lutheran General, Cook County, UIC, Mercy Hospital and St. Francis). Assisted with and coordinated the evaluation process for students and residents and followed up with reviewing the evaluations with clerkship directors in order to submit the final evaluations to respective facilities.

UGME/GME Program Specialist; Student Coordinator; Residency Coordinator for Orthopedics and Urology

Lakewood Health System

Reviewed and examined current clinical and ambulatory processes to identify inefficiencies. Collected, abstracted and analyzed data in order to effectively work with the owner to streamline all processes. Worked closely with the Medical Director for OPPE/FPPE in order to design, develop and implement new and easy-to-use reporting designs (MQIC reporting) in order to educate everyone from the general user to the provider. In the end, I was able to identify “super users” for a new approach called “train the trainer.” Also responsible for development of internal workspaces for each area, providing a location for data storage and reporting.

Clinical Informatics Specialist

Responsible for gathering the information, requirements and maintaining compliance with regard to the credentialing of all providers, infection control, and clinic certification. Developed and implemented a childhood immunization program, MRSA identification, and responsible for controlling and educating the patient population and staff (clinical and non-clinical). Indentified and troubleshot all processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collected data and reported directly to the Medical and Clinic Directors. Also maintained the calendar & travel records for medical staff.

Significant staff management and development experience, innovation, creativity and versatility are all among my strong suits. My focus within the realm of project management centers on healthcare, IT and continuing education.
