   - Reduced distribution network operating costs by several millions annually through process improvements, an effective performance governance framework and re-alignment of direct to store deliveries
   - Increased annualized gross margins by over $20M through store inventory reduction and improved in-stock percentage by utilizing “intelligent” overstock visibility for dynamic store-to-store transfers 
   - Developed 5-year Distribution and 3PL strategy based on capacity constraints, optimal product mix, and speed to market 
   - Led a large-scale transformation project for Store Operations that encompassed sales rep compensation, store processes and communication, store sales recruiting and training and Store Manager competency assessments

•  Led a 12-person team that reduced inventory by 20% while maintaining customer service levels at a Division of a €20B International waste and wastewater company
•  Reduced inventory by $11M in 6 months and designed a new supply chain organization for a $2B municipal electric utility company
•  Developed an executive-level governance framework to manage multi-million dollar capital and expense projects for a $7.7 Billion Funded Principal Research Agency in the Department of Health & Human Services
