Responsible for the design, development, implementation and ongoing management of TAG analytics tool. Responsible for providing the strategic direction and operational execution. Acting as internal consultant to set-up Recruitment Analytics in an Inhouse tool. 
Responsible for generating data-driven metrics and insights to improve the sourcing of the best candidates for different roles that will help cut costs and better understand factors that are influencing the hiring process. Setting up digital ecosystem for recruitment dashboards and reporting. Fulfilling all the reporting needs of TAG stakeholders from the Tool.   Produce results into insights which prompts action from stakeholders.  Create the available data from tool into insightful business results.  Create various fresh reports & dashboard for the BG HR/TAG Heads, Recruiters and Sourcing Teams /Head for regular consumption.  
Automate various reports to reduce the processing time & bring in efficiency and Data management. Transform the data into business intelligence by generating relevant information and recommendations for improving recruitment performance metrics.
The tool is designed and implemented to distill and present actionable information from complex research.  Generating concise, insightful executive summaries for all reporting needs.

Responsible for Reporting and Monitoring the Lateral Hiring Talent Integration & Onboarding Metrics at branch level.
Lead anchor for the Weekly 2 day Induction Program for the lateral hires joining Bangalore.
Responsible for Post Offer connect and Onboarding of candidates with focus on Process Compliance and Candidate experience.
Responsible for collaborating with the Recruiters and the BGC team to ensure the prospective joiner’s queries are resolved on time.
Responsible to manage the projections of future joiners and ensure business teams have realistic information of resource availability.
Responsible to engage the pipeline joiners and ensure healthy joining ratio of offered candidates.
Provide recommendations to the team based on the data on Non – Joiners to increase the joining ratio of offered candidates.

Onboarding Lead- Talent Integration - Lateral Hiring - Bangalore Talent Acquisition Group

* Played a key role in recruiting talent for diverse business portfolios including Enterprise solutions Group, Hi Tech, Banking and Financial Services.
* Devising a staffing plan along with the Resource Management Group, Business Delivery Partners, and ensure execution of the same by recruiting and onboarding candidates with focus on Cost, Quality and Time.
* Partnering with the Internal Sourcing team to ensure timely delivery of profiles to the business to consider for their open requirements.
* Worked on different channels of sourcing-Social Media, Vendors, Job  Portals.
* Responsible for Partnering with Vendors to identify talent for the niche skills and leveraging on the internal referrals through BYB Scheme.
* Responsible for end to end recruitment process-  Salary Negotiations and Process compliance.
* Accountable for managing  Unit SLA’s on Cost, Quality, Time.
