Working as SPOC TA for building up the core technical team at Everest.
Actively involved in Technical leadership and campus hiring for Everest India and Malaysia.
Working on initiatives and strategies to help scale Everest.
Directly sourcing candidates through social media and multiple job portals / professional job sites like Cutshort, Instahyre, Hirest, Hirect, Anglelist .
Working toward Diversity Hiring and Region Inclusive Hiring, to help cater different parts of India.
Develop sourcing strategies and effectively building and managing a robust pipeline of candidates for key positions.
Managing and driving Recruitment review meetings with CTO.
Conducting talent mapping exercises periodically for India and Malaysia business verticals at a senior level.
Formulation and implementation of the talent acquisition strategy based on business forecast and manpower planning in partnership with business/staffing leaders.
Negotiation with the candidates on Compensation & Benefits. Generation and issue of Offer letters and engaging with offered candidates to ensure timely joining. (Decline rate from 50% to 7 to 8%)

Helping design and implement creative processes for Campus Hiring
Responsible for coordinating & facilitating on-campus recruiting events.
Work with the CTO to come up with the best compensation strategy for the interns and freshers.
