Drafting and Defining claim scope for new patent applications. 4. Patent Portfolio mining, Infringement Analysis & Litigation Grade Claim Charting for Patent Monetization or Licensing opportunities. 5. Actively monitoring and keeping track of competitors IP filing activities 6. Prior-art Search Services - Patentability, FTO, Invalidity, Technology Landscape, Whitespace Analysis, etc. 7. Patentability opinions on Novelty aspects and Non-obviousness based on identified prior-arts. 8. Opinions on best form of IP protection. 9. Invention mining, invention harvesting, help preparing and review of Invention Disclosures. 10. Periodically and systematically coordinate with each product team's patent leads and technical program managers to review product releases and roadmap to identify and capture new developments and innovation. 11. Assist in assessment of company's patents for renewals and maintenance fees/annuities, including other patent tasks as assigned.
