After losing my father at 22, I found myself grappling with deep existential questions. 

In search of meaning, I embraced a goal-driven life as a path to growth and fulfillment.

Since 2003, this mindset has propelled me beyond my perceived limits, helping me achieve 52 goals—and the journey is far from over!

Before founding Changesmith, I worked as an organizational leader at technology giants like Meta and Oracle. I have 21 years of experience in B2B software engineering, marketing and sales automation, and data engineering.

At Oracle, I led a large organization as a leadership coach and facilitator. I have managed large technology organizations distributed across India, Canada, the UK, and the United States.

My mother turns 76 today. Her lifestyle is an inspiration and a shining example to so many of us. I’ve learned countless life lessons simply by watching her over the years.

Her life is her message:
➤ She wakes up daily at 5 a.m.
➤ She meditates before breakfast.
➤ She practices breathwork each morning.
➤ She walks 7,000–10,000 steps a day.
➤ She retired as a banker at 51.
➤ She is financially independent.
➤ She chooses food that fuels her health.
➤ She fasts 24 hrs, no food or water, every 15 days.
➤ She enjoys excellent health and fitness.
➤ She reads books on spirituality.
➤ She loves puzzles and board games.
➤ She never complains about anything.
➤ She ran a 5K at age 74 in the Bay Area.
➤ She lives fully, with no regrets.
