It's an e-marketplace where Buyers are only the government agencies/organisations and Sellers can be anybody from a re-seller to OEMs. My job on this project involves:
1.Managing and planning for category specific promotion plans after analyzing the category trends 
2.Help in driving the top line growth of the categories and sourcing new categories along with Deputy CEO’s
3.Formulating strategies for New Customer Acquisition and Retention via Campaign Planning and Execution
4.Providing input to Design & Creative teams and working closely to formulate a UI that has the maximum CTRs and Conversions
5.Managing Brand partnerships
6.Coordination and follow up with cross-functional teams, for growth and relationship management of the existing business.
7.Devise complete social media strategy to drive actionable results from social media campaigns
8.Liaising with cross functional leadership to drive the required changes
9.Manage all direct marketing: Mailer/ SMS concepts and regularly engage the audience by sending broadcasts.
