Project Coordination and Support
•Ensure that projects funded by VicHealth, Sport and Recreation Victoria, State Sporting Associations and Local Government Areas operate within the relevant funding and service frameworks and project timelines, to achieve contracted outcomes.
•Research community needs, undertake community consultation and liaised with key stakeholders identifying the key issues, service gaps and development opportunities
•Develop, pilot, and expand health, sport and active recreation initiatives in north east Victoria.
•Develop and present workshops to sporting club representatives.
•Develop collaborative partnerships and networks that support project outcomes.
•Provide support to other Sport North East team members with initiatives as required.

Marketing and promotion
•Promote and develop strategies to increase awareness of health, sport and active recreation in north east Victoria.
•Prepare relevant promotional information for a range of media, including electronic media.
•Appropriately represent and promote Sport North East and The Centre.

Researching, planning, reporting and evaluation
•Extending the existing evidence base by conducting surveys/guided conversations with sporting clubs 
•Support clubs and their volunteers with developing Return to Play and Maintaining Play plans, policies and procedures in accordance with COVID safe guidelines 
•Support clubs to identify new approaches to maintain member engagement through the use of social media and other technology

•	Update database in Excel sheets about past players, life members, current players and parent for sponsor purposes and keep track on funds available to the club. Help customers, club members and other stakeholders via telephone with regards to club enquiries, player registrations, merchandise, futsal bookings and membership deals
•	Help the manager with other administrative responsibilities like keeping the sponsor list, list of support staff, parent details updated
•	Strategize and develop a new youth development program to recruit new players at SMFC
•	Plan programs to tie up with schools to start soccer clinics on behalf of South Melbourne Football Club
•	Look after player registrations and details on Team App and Play Football
•	Prepare a database and use of CRM platform to look out for potential sponsors for the club
•	Plan and execute activities on match day to engage fans with the club.
•	Plan soccer league on behalf of SMFC to increase opportunity for age group boys and to generate extra funds for the club
•	Plan and create new match day run sheets and floorplans for various commercial events in the stadium
•	Recruit and manage volunteers for match day activities
•	Keep track on life members and provide them with their membership cards 
•	Use social media to promote club merchandise, soccer leagues, match details & game day activities for fans

Administration and Operations assistant

Guyana Warriors ( Caribbean Premiere League)

•	Analyse live games and record data regarding each team’s performance 
•	Data recording and analysis of every Guyana Warriors’ player for performance enhancement
•	Liaise with senior performance analyst of the team with the recorded data and strategise for better performance 
•	Use multiple MSOffice applications analysing games and updating team’s database on player and team performances
