■ I love focusing more and keeping at the centre of a product that drove me into customer/client centric roles! ■ I started my journey as an intern in Cognizant with a touch of technical part. However, my keen interest has always been to get into direct client facing roles, so I can have more and more communication, requirement gathering, rapport building, travel opportunities, explore and evolve a lot. Moving ahead, this passion of mine actually helped me to get into this product based organisation-YARDI. ■Started here also with a touch of technical+ functional aspects from APAC as well M&G side and then jumped dedicatedly into upper layer of business thru Vendor Cafe project contributing towards its successful roll out across the Globe. It involves complete implementation of product [Resulting into optimistic customer support] from day to day setting up client environments, onboarding, go live phase and support and solutioning with all their queries and requirements. Continuous following up on issues requiring research or information from clients, creating write ups for escalated issues and preparing documentation for issue resolution. Mapping all the requirements to the process flows within the existing organisation for achieving desirable and optimised outcomes! Conducting product training for internal/external members.
