Hello , My name is Praful Gajraj. I love building, it gives me fulfillment to build a vision for the future. Though I have been out of touch with academic engineering, I love technology and stay updated with technologies, especially in the fields of physics, Quantum computing, Artificial Intelligence, Change Management, Sales, Marketing, Human and Country Development. I could add value to your organization if you are in the start-up phase or medium-sized organization with a team of less than 599 people, it is because I love adding value and love to see growth. I co-founded an abroad study company and I love the energy of the founding team, even though you don't have a lot of resources, you find a way to make something come to life, it; 's called resourcefulness. I sometimes find HR people doubting the abilities of freshers who are new to the industry. I believe if you are hiring experts with decades of experience, the mindset is fixed with induced knowledge that was in the past. When you have knowledge that is based on the past or from someone's experience, the mindset gets fixed on some ideas and those ideas only bring incremental changes. People who are fresh in the industry and hungry for new adventures in their careers, view the world differently and sometimes betting on them can bring a quantum leap in your organization. I don't like to call myself an expert in anything for this reason, when you are expert, you think why is not possible? But when you have a fresh and curious mind, you find a way to make things happen. My greatest strength is in bringing a new perspective to people and organizations through constant experimentation to find the ultimate truth that drives the organization toward quantum growth. I love science because it unites everyone in the world, there is no relativity in science if your geographical location changes on the planet Earth.
