•	Created successful IT and HR Service product suite and customer base for Siebel.
o	Delivered ITIL Service Desk applications (IT HelpDesk, Problem/Change/Asset Management), working closely with account executives to sell to and support key customers.
o	Developed new HR service products (HR HelpDesk, Employee Self-Service) driving over $8M in revenue; involved in deployment at five customers. Awarded 1 patent, 2 pending.
o	Worked closely with Siebel IT teams to deploy internally, resulting in $500k savings.
