- Led technical design and delivery of a prototype ‘Part-Time Field Associates Time Tracking Eligibility’ for over 100 stakeholders from all corporate divisions, to ensure compliance with federal PPACA requirements. 
- Led technical design and integration of a new Verisk Enterprise Analytics tool which positioned Benefits Business Intelligence Team with ability to create robust analytics reports used to determine health care rates and monitor ROI on future and current health care initiatives.
- Led the Mainframe development and integration of All State plans with Wal-Mart benefits by enhancing deduction drivers, arrears and payroll systems, open enrollment application using enterprise level CICS web services.
- Managed off-shore development teams and third-party vendors (software vendors, hardware vendors, content providers) by coordinating internal and vendor schedules, communicating progress status, ensuring delivery of proper functionality, and managing communications from vendors to internal stakeholders.

Developed a discount transaction feed for SYSCO Corp aimed at lowering the processing fee and interchange rate for VISA transactions for customers using SYSCO Business Card by enhancing the existing system feed to RITA server.
