Closely working with the program director and founders to run our INTENSE incubator program! Genuinely excited to go to work everyday to support early stage founders from various industries hands-on!

Some of my tasks have been:
- Secondary research (Market research, Competitor analysis, etc)
- Primary research (Market validation through Interviews, Customer journey report, etc)
- Networking with Industry professionals, angel investors, VCs, other founders and building relationships for our founders and incubator 
- Developing financial models from scratch
- Event planning, organising and securing sponsors (e.g. Investor Showcase, Career fairs, etc)
- Engaging with all workshops with the founders (eg. Blockchain masterclass, Marketing strategies, Branding, Raising capital, etc)

It is truly inspiring and insightful to be part of the journeys of a diverse group of founders. I plan to be in their shoes soon! I've also gained valuable industry insights on managing an incubator as well as into Angel investors, VCs and the overall start-up ecosystem.

Proud to have been part of a thriving and fast growing startup, worked as part of the core management where I had the task of rethinking the scalability of our product and customer service by re-writing and improving the entire CSM system and communication channels of the company while maintaining our customer service standards and taking on other minor roles. 

During my role, I contributed to the relaunch of FMC for the next business cycle by using software tools to build a system to withstand larger demand, maintain high level customer service and efficiency in operations. Flexible, fast-paced and dynamic role where I worked closely with the CEO, CTO, Head Technician and the Marketing team. I am very thankful for this truly inspiring experience which better equipped me to continue my entrepreneurial journey.

As a young student, it was refreshing to apply and see my theoretical knowledge come to life and learn at the same time. This further solidified my interest in R&D of new ideas and technologies in the future.

In the past I've worked in a pioneering Blockchain incubator with 24% of all raises going through us. In total I've helped set-up and scale 20+ startups so far at varying stages and sectors.
