Hi, I’m Prasantha Devulapalli - 2x founder, social impact advocate, caregiver, global speaker, and a woman who has learned to rise with grace. Over 25 years in leadership roles across continents taught me the power of clarity, the strength in empathy, and the value of staying curious. But it was my role as a mother and caregiver that truly transformed how I lead, live, and love. For over two decades, I cared for my beautiful, chronically ill, and disabled daughter. She was blind, an amputee, and the brightest soul I knew. Her life — and her loss — became the foundation for much of what I do today. Through her, I learned how burnout quietly creeps in. How caregivers, especially women, are often unseen, overworked, and emotionally stretched thin. I’ve lived the sleepless nights, the missed doctor’s appointments (mine), and the quiet, creeping guilt of putting your own health last. I’ve also experienced the toll — both physical and mental — that caregiving can take. That’s why I created Caring Circles — a movement and marketplace to uplift caregivers with meaningful services, gifts, and support. It’s my way of giving back to a community that is often forgotten, yet holds society together. In Norway alone, there are over 800,000 unofficial caregivers. Many are women, burnt out, and silently carrying the weight. I believe personal and professional lives aren’t separate. They shape one another. We lead better when we live more honestly.
