After exploring several roles in the past decade, I found my passion in working on inclusive projects that use technology to improve lives. I served as a fellow for Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin). I currently lead operations at Vruksh Ecosystem Foundation, a non-profit focused on building a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship in underserved geographies to solve local problems and #BuildTheFuture. I am keen to work at the intersection of data, technology, program management and impact! Previously, I was an Associate Program Manager - Central Operations for Jarvis Consulting, leading business process creation and optimization projects. I have worked closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Business Finance, Operations) to drive projects to the conclusion - with Project Teams for Performance Analysis & identifying improvement areas, in order to ensure delivery & improvement of relevant KPIs; with Product Managers to ensure seamless integration of software solutions (Mobile Apps). I was previously engaged as a Consultant with Tata Trusts for Swachh Bharat Mission Gramin (SBM G) program; where I had the opportunity to work across - District, State & Central Governments (Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation). I worked on strengthening the Swachh Bharat Mission (Clean India Mission) and Rural Water Supply - I led, and monitored close to 30 young and qualified professionals to accelerate and improve India's sanitation outcomes in Maharashtra. In my earlier stints, I have spearheaded B2B Sales, managed Operations, and handled Client Servicing for Education Technology Start-ups. I received a certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad in April 2022, an MBA in Marketing & International Business from the Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune in May 2014 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application (BCA) from the University of Pune in June 2010. I am certified in Six Sigma Green Belt & ITIL v3 Foundation. Additionally, I possess working knowledge of SQL and a strong understanding of Data Visualisation, Deep Dive Analysis & building Dashboards using Tableau.
