I’ve been honing my business and new-age technologies, effective Agile Execution, Delivery Management, Agile Management, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Data analysis/ analytics, Risk, Business, System analysis, and business and IT alignment skills for a few years now and, first and foremost, I’m always looking for a position where I can continue to execute and exercise those skills. New-age technologies - Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, IoTs (Internet of Things), Digitization Transformation etc. Another thing that’s important to me is that the position allows me to not only play with my current assignment, but also present my findings, experience and suggestions directly to the team members and other projects to create the synergy and alignment within an organisation. That would be really refreshing! I’m always very motivated by being able to see the impact of my work on other people, projects and broader organisation. And, I’m definitely looking for a position where I can grow—professional development is something that’s really important to me since I hope to take on technical executive and managerial responsibilities in the future. To sum it up, I’d love a position where I can use my skills and techniques to make an impact that I can see with my own eyes. Of course, the position is only part of the equation. Being at an organisation where I can grow and work toward something I care about matters, too. I’m really excited about these kinds of opportunities. I am a strategic thinker with a strong work ethic. I have the ability to develop new ideas and strategies and lead to the implementation of complex projects. Experience in leading teams of individuals with diverse skills and specialization, in both fledgling and established businesses; has taught me how to interact meaningfully with stakeholders at all levels, and to be a source of positive influence to any programme and project in achieving its desired outcomes. This has also refined my understanding of business and honed my ability in leading projects that are strategic to the long-term sustainable success of the business.
