My role as a Senior Learning Consultant for Lloyd's Maritime Academy involves working with a range of clients with our Learning & Development solutions to help them overcome the challenges they face in the maritime/shipping industry.

Senior Learning Consultant

PROTRAINING

I am responsible for developing be-spoke training solutions, creating learning pathways and fostering strong client relationships. I regularly engage with existing and new clients by introducing fun, dynamic and experiential training programmes that are relevant and specific to their learning and development needs.

I work with government entities, banks, financial institutions, telecoms and large corporates in UAE, KSA and Bahrain. 

My objective has always been to help clients achieve maximum ROI on their training budgets. Expert in Business Planning, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Development and Client Relationship Management.

Senior Business Consultant

As the companies worldwide incline towards digital transformation, there’s an urgent need to upskill the future IT professionals to be well-versed with new-age technologies and Digital Transformation strategies such as DevOps, Cloud, Big Data, Data Science, Agile frameworks, Testing and Automation. 

With Xebia Academy, Prashant intends to facilitate the bridging of the industry-academia gap through its specialized IT courses which carries a huge demand for skilled workforce in the Industry. Prashant is highly skilled at creating customized learning solutions and managing relationships with key clients by addressing their training needs.

Key Responsibilities 
•	Bespoke and customised training designed for organisations, combining traditional classroom setting and online learning models
•	Managing relationships for over 50 companies (key accounts) across various sectors
•	Identifying and generating new leads through research and networking
•	Frequent client meetings to gather thorough understanding of their needs, and needs analysis process 
•	Producing proposals in response to the Tenders, RFQs or RFPs 
•	Frequent presentations and negotiations 
•	Budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring projects are delivered in time and within budget 
•	Managing/Selling Informa’s 500+ Public/Open Courses, 10+ large scale Conferences and Exhibitions, and over 200 in-house courses both digitally and on-site

Client Relationship Manager / Key Accounts Manager 

Key Responsibilities 
•	Managing a large team of Conference Sales Managers
•	Assisting Head of Sales in making and implementing key strategies 
•	Supervise, help, train and motivate the team to achieve their KPIs 
•	Conflict Resolution 
•	New joiners training and onboarding 
•	Making and presenting multiple reports 
•	Collect feedback on Key events from the team and present it to the management 
•	Meeting my own revenue targets and lead by example 
•	Plus, all the other responsibilities of a Conference Sales Manager

Team Leader - Conference Sales

Key Responsibilities 
•	Selling delegate places over the phone on IIR’s Public Courses and Conferences 
•	Building long term relationships with new and existing clients 
•	Meeting KPIs (Revenue target, call time and number of calls) 
•	Identifying and generating new leads through research and cold calling 
•	Planning and organising well while working on multiple products 
•	Providing clear feedback to the Production Team on new product opportunities
•	Having a thorough understanding of Informa’s offerings

Conference Sales Manager

•	Regularly speaking to clients and helping them with their queries
•	Focal point of contact in Dubai, for Sales Manager around the globe 
•	Preparing Weekly and Monthly sales reports, Commercial offers, and POs 
•	General trading and following up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery 
•	Providing vital market feedback to direct manager & company’s GM
