● Grew Digital McKinsey design team from 20 UI/UX designers to a global team of 100+ Service and Experience Designers

● Defined digital NewCo for global industrial client combining ethnographic research, competitive strategy analysis, business model innovation and customer co-creation. Presented final output to Board of Directors who approved initiative as a 2017 priority. 
● Served as virtual "Head of Design" for a digital attacker bank to execute concept design with client's preferred vendor and counsel client exec team on key experience design strategy issues. 
● Ran experience design program for an investment bank's first foray into online retail lending. Delivered a comprehensive experience design system, signature moments and design brief. Guided CEO and his management team through the design process and deliverables to show how they address their business objectives and enable a differentiated product experience.
● Shaping multi-year digital transformation for a B2B media company with an aim to break down silos between product, IT and editorial.

Fjord is an international digital service design consultancy that helps clients leverage design to reimagine their businesses and reinvent their industries. Built and grew Fjord’s US presence directly leading to acquisition by Accenture in May 2013. 

● Lead US Business Design practice that helps clients meet their business objectives through Fjord’s user-centric service design approach
● Business Design leads the context and opportunity phases of Fjord engagements using product strategy, design and management methods to align service concepting, detailed design and implementation phases with business priorities 
● Successfully integrated  Fjord’s design approach with Accenture's management consulting approach for leading clients such as Prudential, AIG, and Kohl’s
● Responsible for generating $5M in direct billing and over $200M+ in pull-through billings since Accenture acquisition in May 2013

VP, Business Design

● Founded Fjord’s US presence with offices in New York and San Francisco
● Responsible for general management, business development and client management
● Built team from 1 to 30 members including operations, business development, project management and design
● Secured engagements with market leading clients including ESPN, Real Networks, Nokia, Samsung, LG, MySpace, The NFL, Foursquare, Yahoo, Microsoft, Verizon, Citigroup,PayPal, Qualcomm and Meijer

Developed and launched Mippin, a service from Refresh Mobile. Refresh Mobile is a London-based company backed by Accel Partners. 

● Brought on by Accel Partners (London) to turn around product strategy for portfolio company Refresh Mobile
● Developed and relaunched Refresh as Mippin, a service to optimize web content for mobile screens
● Implemented product management process to develop new product vision, user-centric product design and iterative collaboration model with technology teams

● Responsible for new mobile product development, deployment and partnering with external developers for advanced products such as mobile clients and mobile search platform components
● Managed five person cross-functional team to deploy mobile search transcoding solution for UK mobile operator, 3; increased product usage by 50%
● Launched the official FIFA World Cup 2006 Mobile Matchcast Java client across Europe in six languages as a showcase for Yahoo’s mobile technology strategy  
● Developed and launched industry’s first multimedia mobile IM client preloaded on Nokia Series 60 devices and distributed in 11 markets across the US, Europe and Asia
