I am an entrepreneur with expertise in technology, operations & team building. I have recently setup Ardemas Technologies, where I am focused on setting company's vision & goals, in addition to leading client success, growth strategy, operations, and managing P&L. I have 15 years of experience in Leadership, Management & Consulting. I earned B.E. (Electrical Engg.) & MBA (Marketing & Finance). I like to build great teams that want to solve real world business problems and challenges, that's why we started Ardemas on idea that when people are empowered and mentored to take decisions and made accountable for client success, then they can come up with brilliant solutions to every problem and create WOW for everyone. I enjoy when I get opportunities to break down a problem in smaller chunks and come up with simple yet effective solution. I have raised 3 practices from the ground - IBM Maximo, a leader in EAM domain as per Gartner's magic quadrant; Mobility practice for Tririga, which released the beta version of MVP in the market within short period of 8 months; and M@W, an IIOT product focused on condition monitoring and financial analytics of identifying energy and reliability opportunities for electric motors; Earlier I led team of 150+ FTE in IBM practice, focusing on grooming more leaders, setting up processes & building capabilities. I worked with global leadership team to execute strategic direction for India center. I also led global delivery of a prestigious account having more than 100+ FTE. I prefer to approach situations realistically and am prepared to make changes as necessary to ensure we can meet the objectives. My focus is on building a good team and setting up standardized processes so that we can do the right thing first time itself. As a result, I bring empowerment and accountability within the team. Over the years I have also gained expertise as Business Analyst. In the process, I have gained good understanding of various domains like Oil & Gas, and FM. I have developed interest to learn how can I build a great culture in our organization and spend my free time developing my skills in this area.
