Te Waka is actively involved in supporting the International Education sector. I am responsible for leading Education New Zealand Manapou ki te Ao's funded project to attract international students to the Mighty Waikato, with a focus on Thailand 
My responsibilities include 
- implementing the project plan
- partnering with education providers
- establishing and managing partnerships/contracts with delivery partners
- facilitation of digital marketing content in partnership with Thailand agents 
- Engaging with the Local Thai community in the Waikato 
- Representing Waikato as an ideal study destination in Thailand education fairs

•	Mentoring and buddying up with new tutors to help achieve 4098, 11551 and 11552. Resources developed are still used by existing Tutors.
•	Conducting meetings with industry professionals, implementing valued suggestions to fulfil real-life work requirements, equipping students to be job ready.
