 - Led product rollouts in InSA including Testing, A/B experiments, data-driven decision making, UX design, etc. Example, transition for Email-based login to Phone Number + OTP based login for Drivers which reduced churn due to login issues by 70% and saved Support costs.
 - To solve needs of InSA Earners through Product - improved product planning outcomes by engaging with all stakeholders from the ideation stage, build strong business cases with clear impact for proposed product features, rallying other mega-regions, etc.

 - Designed and A/B tested interventions to improve Early Lifecycle funnel conversion & velocity for Riders
 - Developed the strategy to relaunch the UberPass product in India for building rider loyalty. This included deep-dive into rider behaviour, competitive benchmarking, building a value proposition, creating interaction design/UX inputs, building a financial model for pricing & discounts for a multi-tiered loyalty program and ‘Go-To-Market’ (GTM) planning
 - Built Rider Segmentation framework and Long-Term Spend Strategy by analyzing previous Rider Incentive spends by segments, channel and price-sensitivity
