Key Accounts Manager - Enterprise Acquisitions

Working with Private Equity players and their portfolio companies to identify risk issues that may impact respective investments. Also working with Investment Bankers to cover similar risk arising out of M&A deals.
Insurance Due Diligence, risk management and advisory services for Infrastructure funds and PE funds investing in infrastructure projects.
Acting as Lenders Insurance Advisor for Public, Private and MNC banks investing in infra projects.
Assisting the target companies and debtors to structure their insurance programs for risk mitigation.

Working in the Multinational Client Servicing practice at Marsh, which handles Indian operations of Multinational companies
Our team comprises of 15 people which handles a client base of over 300 clients. 
My key focus areas are Relationship Management with corporate clients and business development- with clients and prospects across industries (Media, BFSI, eCommerce etc)
Engaging with General Insurance companies throughout India and negotiating to design the best possible insurance portfolio specific to the clients needs.

Responsibilities

Managing the insurance portfolio for over 70 clients with a key focus on SME clientele.
Coordinating globally driven placements with Indian clients
My job entails liaising with the client at multiple levels, in structuring and designing insurance programs, resulting in covering operational, financial and litigation risks.
Working towards building a revenue base of USD 400,000 along with my team by business development and cross-selling
