Moved to Canada 🇨🇦 in 2021 and have been working as a Recruitment Consultant and I am sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for Manufacturing clients. Started creating videos on YouTube in 2020, and now I just love being in front of the camera. With more than 48K subscribers I’m ecstatic to be able to help so many people around. I make videos for beginners who are trying to learn and improve their communication skills. Also, I make videos on tips and tricks to crack the IELTS Exam. A writer by passion. Although I had been a Recruiter by profession, I'll always be a "writer" at heart. During my tenure at Xpertise, I've had the privilege of handling in-house recruitments for Xpertise along with handling the full cycle recruitment for various clients. I have handled a team of recruiters while managing the initial screening of the candidates before forwarding them to various clients including BPOs and Hospitality sectors. Writers Next Door served as an excellent platform for me to showcase my writing skills. I got opportunities that helped me in improving my writing skills immensely. WND also gave me the privilege to learn new skills like Brochure Designing along with handling their Social Media Accounts like LinkedIn Profile and LI Company page. Being a mother of two notorious kids; I have learned to keep my cool even under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
