• Oversaw specific dept projects and certain project management teams so that they could reach their allocated goals & projected deadlines. Met weekly to track progress and build reports of each depts progress.

• Built & Implemented our continuous daily, weekly, & monthly team & department KPI tracking & reporting processes under the direction of the VP.

• Worked alongside systems analyst to assess dept software needs and then implement the roll out of new software for the improvement of our teams, depts,& company’s success.
