Hello and welcome to the narrative of my journey, shared here on my LinkedIn profile. It all began in the structured world of Kuperjanov's Infantry Battalion in June 2007, where my path took its first significant turn. Those five years were a crucible of growth and learning, as I navigated roles within the Intelligence Company and the Peace Operations Center. The trials and camaraderie of two combat missions in Afghanistan forged in me a deep appreciation for the essence of teamwork, the strength found in unity, and the undeniable influence of impactful leadership. As the chapters of my life unfolded, 2012 marked a transition from the military's structured environments to the dynamic realm of real estate management at TalTech University. This shift was not a departure from my core values but an expansion, allowing me to delve into the complexities of sales, relationships, and human behavior. These are threads that weave through the fabric of both military and civilian lives, illustrating that the lessons of leadership and understanding are truly universal. My quest for knowledge then led me to the halls of Tartu University, where I earned a micro-degree in psychology. This pursuit wasn't just academic; it became a new lens through which I viewed the world, enriching my understanding and enabling me to be a more effective leader, coach, and mentor. Believing deeply in the power of giving back, I embraced the opportunity to teach defense lessons at a gymnasium and to serve voluntarily in Estonia's Defense League. These experiences allowed me to contribute to the fabric of my community and nation, nurturing future generations and ensuring the collective well-being of our homeland. In August 2022, my journey took another meaningful turn as I joined the ranks of Combat Ready. This new chapter allowed me to amalgamate all my experiences, applying them to my role as an instructor. Each day is a new opportunity to refine my leadership skills and to assist others on their personal and professional journeys. Driven by the conviction that "Everything is possible until proven otherwise," I continually challenge both myself and those I teach.
