I am self motivated and reliable individual with solid six(6) years of face to face retail banking customer service and sales ,two (2)years external sales experience and seven(7) years involvement in SME businesses. I am able to work as a part of sales team where sales are measured highly as growth and development of a business and customers are taken important . I experienced and being responsible in achieving net profit growth for business, delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer’s expectations through proactive innovative and appropriate solutions. I managed the growth of active customer account to increase client base, maximized cross selling opportunities and strengthen client relations. I have been tracking, controlling and influencing sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined sales targets, providing of an efficient administration service through careful and timorous planning, reporting and updating all related information. I complied with government in terms of legislative and audit requirements and entered all qualified leads in the sales and project sales for the next month ,and maintaining sales and service on a daily basis. And I co-ordinated customer care, assisting in the planning system, implementing a marketing strategy and fore-casting on a project sales for the next month also .
