Worked on Naandi’s School Excellence (SEP) and Ensuring Children Learn (ECL) programs which focused on improving the standard of government education in Mumbai.
•	Interacted with teachers in government schools, conveying changes and updates about ongoing Naandi programs. Visited 10+ government schools, gathering feedback and business requirements from participating teachers. 
•	Analyzed and reviewed gathered information, worked with the team to create weekly project reports in MS Project to forward to stakeholders. 
•	Coordinated with the content development team and teacher-coaches; helping them with logistics and meeting delivery deadlines. Ensured smooth flow of information from one stage of content creation to other.

As a Product Manager at CrowdDoing-Nature Counter, I work with cross-functional teams to design, write user stories, perform UATs and deliver the app for individual nature immersion and time tracking. I have over 5 years of combined experience in business and IT, with a focus on agile management, customer needs assessment, and problem-solving skills.

I am also a passionate learner and a successful entrepreneur, running my own small business, GingerBandar, since 2016. I have expertise in market research, supply chain management, and marketing for unique handmade products. I enjoy creating, using, and improving solutions that are useful, usable, and enjoyable for customers and stakeholders.
