Built a PAN ASIAN channel sales team based across 3 locations - Scaled the team size to 21 (from 2) and created a strong 2nd line leadership to help scale the business further. 

Being a business owner managing all segments(SMB, Enterprise, and Expansion), Scaled the region from $2.4M to $15.4M through partners and personally closed some of the largest accounts for the ASEAN region  - POS Malaysia, Zuellig Pharma, Lalamove, and so on. Worked on building solid Business plans with partner executives to set up a profitable Freshworks Practice

90% of the Platinum Partners for Asia were onboarded, enabled, and managed by me. Onboarded large enterprise partners for the region like Cognizant, TCS, Virtusa, Orange Business, Ecloudvalley, Truvisor and so on.  

Established a twin-engine partner ecosystem to help scale both SMB and MM/ENT segments for Freshworks. Executed the overlay Sales model for the ASIA region to collaborate and scale the region with the field sales team. 

Worked closely with the AWS alliance, Partner sales, Marketplace, and AMs to build and execute a solid GTM strategy and co-sell motion to grow the region exponentially.  

Helped scale field sales revenue sourced via partners across Asia at 2-3x growth rate YoY | Partners are contributing over 80% of Freshworks ASIA revenue.

Planned and executed the largest and first-ever multilingual Freshworks digital customer summit in 4 languages for Asia during Covid - 2K attendees and 25+ Speakers covering 4 languages

Planned and executed the first regional partner conference in Singapore with 100+ partner reps attending it from Asia.

Planned & Executed over 50 events in Asia along with our amazing partner marketing to build a solid pipeline for the region.

Regional Partnerships Sales Director - Asia

Transformed and scaled a region that was at $1.2M in revenue as of Sep 2018 to $5.2M by March 2020. Achieved consecutive year-over-year growth rates, elevating from 16% in 2018 to over 100% in 2019 and 2020.

Built an impactful partner sales team for the Europe region covering both new business acquisition and existing customer expansion via partners. Mentored 2nd-line leadership to help scale the business in upcoming years. Worked on acquiring and expanding key accounts like Bridgestone, Eurofins, Mercedes, Tiqets, FCM, Kolibrie and so on with partners. 

Recruited and managed large enterprise partners for the region like Accenture, Devoteam, TKC digital, and so on to scale the region. 

Orchestrated Freshworks's entry into new markets like Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic and revamped the existing markets like France, Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy to deliver 80% of overall in these markets for Freshworks. 

Planned and executed over 20 marketing events and campaigns for the region via partners along with the marketing team to build pipelines and shorten the sales cycle.

Established a solid GTM strategy with local ISVs like Monday.com, Asana, SugarCRM, and so on to solve product gaps and build a co-sell engine to grow the region.

Regional Partner Sales Manager - Europe

As the 2nd hire in the APJ sales GTM org, was instrumental in building Freshworks's initial customer base in APAC

Had the privilege of building Freshworks' reseller ecosystem from scratch and scaled revenue from $0 to $2M ARR for the APAC region over 2 years (July 2016 to Sep 2018)

Established a solid GTM business plan with channel partners to scale the market and worked on acquiring and expanding key accounts like Lalamove, Kerry Express, Kiatnakin Bank, Dextra Group, Line Corporation, JAC recruitment, Smartfren, Halodoc, Kredivo, Central group, GHN express, Decathlong and so on with the executives to help transform their customer and employee experience. 

Was fortunate to be part of the initial team that helped design the Partner Program Framework for Freshworks back in 2015. 

Co-organizer for the First Global Freshworks Reseller Conference and conducted first-ever Freshworks events in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam

Key Global Initiatives: I was instrumental in setting up the Partner recruitment strategy including IPP setting and profiling, product enablement across the globe, and was responsible for the end-to-end PRM implementation (from solutioning to execution)
