With over 8 years of experience in sales leadership, operations, and processes, I have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer retention, and operational excellence for SaaS companies. Prior to joining Nooks, I was the Head of SMB Sales and Customer Success at TrustCloud, where I scaled the sales and customer success teams and generated over $1M in revenue in the first year. I also served as the Director of Sales and Customer Success at TrustCloud, where I was the first sales hire and established the sales processes and metrics for the company. I have a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas, where I learned the skills and mindset to launch and grow innovative businesses.
