As a Product Designer at Togetherall, I led design and user experience, collaborating across teams to innovate solutions. My focus on usability, accessibility, and close collaboration with the Clinical team ensures member-centric design. By staying updated with latest healthcare trends, I have crafted empowering interfaces for individual well-being.

Key Projects & Impact: 
• Launched Groups on Togetherall, boosting engagement by 2x:
I led a user-focused feature (Groups) launch at Togetherall. From research and wireframes to user testing and collaboration with developers, I ensured a seamless process. Post-launch, we refined the feature based on user feedback, optimizing its usability and performance.

• Revamped post creation flow resulted in a 40% surge in Talkabouts within the community:
Analyzed the existing process, brainstormed on ideas, tested prototypes, and closely collaborated with the development team. The outcome was remarkable, highlighting the effectiveness of the revamped experience.

• Research, Ideate and test a solution to introduce gestures on the Togetherall platform. 

• Build their component library from scratch.

PayU

In the dynamic culture of LazyPay (acquired by PayU), I drive agile product design, excelling in rapid iterations. I also mentored junior designers amid my project commitments. Collaborating cross-functionally, I pioneer user-centric solutions that anticipate trends.

• Launch of reward programme doubled the KYC completion process:
I leverage discovery and researched gamification techniques to enhance adoption and retention, making user engagement a delightful journey.

• Conducted brainstorming sessions with the business and development team to generate ideas for launching a reward programme at LazyPay.

• Conducted user research and leveraged analytical tools to identify user patterns, resulting in well-defined user personas for LazyPay

• Swiftly transformed a B2B concept into a functional prototype, enabling revenue generation through targeted user testing.

As a designer in an unstructured design team, I thrive on bringing order to chaos. My adaptability shines as I navigate ambiguity, crafting innovative solutions for their B2C, B2B and internal digital products and establishing design processes that deliver meaningful user experiences.

OYO Life (Co-living spaces): 
• Re-invented their mobile site's product detail page, and product listing page which was getting 80% of their traffic through SEO. 
• Improved search experience which increased the conversions by 5%.

OYO Hotels: 
• Improved the design of a platform that allows the hotel's owners to manage their bookings and check payments.

Student Life: 
• Follow the end-to-end UX process to build a digital solution for the students staying in the hostel.

Staff tools
• Developing a churn rate reduction tool that enhances customer retention and strengthens business growth.
• Analysed the working style to Design a finance tool to streamline processes and enhance visibility, revolutionizing financial management.

• Envisioned how people experience products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and magical.

• Worked towards solving the complex task of transforming of system experience into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use interactive designs for investment bankers. 

• Collaborated with clients, engineers and product managers throughout the design process - from creating research protocols, personas, scenarios, information architecture and wireframes to building user interface prototypes.

• Worked in an agile environment for the creation and modification of the project and to collaborate for regular updates for clients as well as the team working offshore.
