Who am I?
I realized during my first real management job that I loved to lead people. It was not about the title, it was about the ability to help and change lives. 

You don't realize how much of a difference you can make until you help someone get a promotion or be able to provide for their families.

For well over a decade I worked in the corporate world where I was able to lead a few hundred amazing individuals. Everything I learned I use in my own organization.

Since 2014 helping lead the marketing of our e-commerce stores on Amazon and Shopify. Sold over $15 million online. 

Ventured into the brick and mortar business to help others with their skin conditions like myself. Helped thousands of men and women be confident with their skin. Made tinted sunscreen cool with guys and we were awarded Inc 5000 fastest growing companies in America twice.
