Davis is an interesting combination of technical and people person in one. He has an incredible ability to identify and formulate interconnections and causalities in product development and business itself. When he identifies a problem/challenge, he creates a solid framework to model the solution and define a plan for that. He has an organic drive to improve processes. Yet, he also knows how intricate (and often irrational) organism a human is and is not afraid to point out issues that could be unpleasant for others. That’s why he motivates his customer’s team by giving them clarity, responsibility and purpose.
