As a Professor of Applied Psychology at Alliance University and a Chief Psychology Consultant at Knowledge Bridge Consulting, I have more than 18 years of experience in psychology education, research, and practice. I hold a PhD in socio-political psychology from Delhi University, where I explored the psychological dimensions of social and political phenomena among Indian youth. My expertise lies in the domains of Emotional Intelligence,personality, well-being, communication, leadership, and stress management. I design and deliver customized training programs and workshops for various public and private sector clients, using the principles and applications of Indian psychology and Bhagavad Gita. I also offer psychological counseling and coaching to individuals and teams who seek to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
