- coordinating and managing eCommerce projects (from the brief to the final materials): mapping, production at scale (product pages, including Visual Basic Content, Rich Content and Written Content), toolkits (eCommerce strategy and design recommendations), banners for eRetailers, non-standard projects
- cooperation with Account Managers and younger Team members
- new Team members’ onboarding
- assistance in the development and clean-up of agency’s internal repository tool

- working on media strategies for Kinder Country, Kinder Chocolate,   Kinder Maxi

web: Somersby.pl transition (from local server to global CMS) – cooperation with global agency, preparing landing page mock-up for GRAJ W KOLORY (Somersby) campaign
creative: managing projects including KV, TVC, photo sessions, activations mechanics and prizes propositions, campaigns’ ideas and strategy recommendations
