Leading the development for one of the key analytical product within JATO. Supporting the business to understand the customer needs and how it can successfully penetrate new market segments. Performing qualitative interviews with current and potential customer to understand and define business process to support business and product strategy within a new industry segment.

One of key achievements was to upgrade of a desktop legacy tool to a new Content Management System (CMS) based on a cloud solution (SaaS) with key results: improved data quality, reduced duplication efforts, and 30%+ efficiency gains.

•	Operate within an agile model (Product Managers, UX/UI, Tech Lead, Developers, Testers and Data analysts)
