Longer version: I specialise in solving complex, burdensome, and boring processes and systems that simply don’t work as well as they could do. In the last 6 years, I have helped businesses win multiple health and safety awards, 10x(+) the amount of people engaging with and completing their initiatives, and delivered dozens of tangible YoY improvements across: Health and Safety, Food Safety, Sustainability, Quality, (Operational) Security, and more. It’s what I do, and I love doing it. A lot of the brands I have worked with have taken the experiences and knowledge I have worked with them on, and used it as a basis for their digitalisation strategy and journey. I can’t take sole credit for the mega-success stories that they are now achieving, but it feels phenomenal to have established the foundations of their success with them. Businesses my work has been associated with are: Greencore, Dalziel, Stagecoach, and Risk Fluent Ltd. ► I am driven by a simple mantra: “inspire others to ask good questions, empower them to make good decisions”. If you asked any number of people who’ve worked with me over the years to describe me, they’d probably tell you that “Peter really loves Land Rover Discovery 4’s”, and then they’d move on to “sponge”, “diligent”, and “personable”. Potentially some might even say “workaholic”! Although I feel “passionate” might fit a little better. I see my job as one that thrives from passion, it catalyses with effort, attention to detail, and curiousity.
