Senior Manager, Solutions Consulting

Billtrust accelerates cash flow by automating invoice delivery, invoice payment and cash application. Companies can improve operational efficiency throughout the invoice-to-cash process with electronic invoicing and payments in a flexible, cloud-based solution -- driving remarkable cost savings and improved customer satisfaction rates.

As manager, I am responsible for 10+ incredible team members, across our AR and eCommerce platforms, who all have played key roles in consistently overachieving both quarterly and annual sales goals. My focus is on developing more effective SC onboarding, scalable processes and improved communication with our PDQ and Professional Services teams, and increasing organizational visibility on the value that an effective SC team brings to the company.

I managed technical qualification, assisted in discovery and needs analysis discussions, led product demonstrations and RFPs, and addressed IT/Security followup.

In my role as a Solutions Engineer, I was responsible for the support of multiple solutions within the portfolio -- including the RiverGlass application, the Atempo suite of data protection and archive tools, and the PERFMAN solution for mainframe performance management. My responsibilities were primarily focused on ensuring customers were a proper fit for the solution, and for the sales presentations, demonstrations and RFPs that were subsequently necessary to complete the opportunity.
